We are a medical device manufacturer focused on developing orthopedic and footcare products across retail, clinical, and private label channels. Our products prioritize functionality, comfort, and compliance while meeting the needs of both patients and customers.
We are seeking a Product Manager to support the development, improvement, and launch of products by translating customer and market insights into clear product direction.

You understand how products are used in real life. You can identify pain points and opportunities by listening to customers, clinicians, and internal teams.

You can clearly explain what a product does, who it is for, and why it matters—without overcomplicating it.
Research-Oriented
You are comfortable gathering insights through competitive reviews, customer feedback, and basic market analysis to support product decisions.
Collaborative
You work well with cross-functional teams including product development, regulatory, operations, sales, and marketing.
What You Will Be Doing
Product Development Support (50%)
● Support the development of new products and improvements to existing products
● Help define product features, specifications, and use cases
● Coordinate with internal teams to move projects from concept through launch
● Track timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
Product & Market Research (25%)
● Gather and summarize customer feedback from sales, reviews, and internal sources
● Conduct competitive product analysis and benchmarking
● Identify product gaps and improvement opportunities
● Stay informed on trends within orthopedic and footcare categories
Product Marketing Support (25%)
● Assist in developing product messaging and positioning
● Support creation of product content, training materials, and sales tools
● Help ensure product information is clear, accurate, and consistent across channels
● Assist with product launches and updates
Qualifications
● 3–6 years of experience in product management, product development, or product marketing
● Experience in medical devices, healthcare products, or consumer goods preferred
● Strong organizational and project management skills
● Ability to gather and interpret customer and market insights
● Strong communication skills with attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
