Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service & Account Representative that strengthen relationships with our client base. In this role, you will process orders and returns, deliver outstanding customer service, and support clients’ ongoing business needs. The ideal candidate consistently surpasses both company and customer expectations and needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular communication and support
- Orders and RMA processing via Shopify Platform
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product recommendations
- Work closely with our in-house Marketing Team to create sales for our customer base
- Monitor customer purchasing activity to ensure engagement and satisfaction
- Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional after-sales support
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Organized and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
