As a FIX Protocol Developer, you will be part of the Trading Technology Support supporting Market Connectivity and Integration. What's the Job?
- Lead complex technology initiatives with broad organizational impact
- Develop standards and best practices for large-scale software engineering solutions
- Design, code, test, debug, and document software projects
- Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges related to FIX protocol and trading workflows
- Collaborate with technical teams and external partners to ensure seamless connectivity and message flow
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of FIX protocol session and application layers, message types, and session management
- Hands-on experience onboarding new FIX connections, including certification testing and go-live coordination
- Proficiency in designing and building integration services and APIs
- Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership
