Position Overview
Under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Intern of Global Promotions is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of global promotions + gifting strategy from concept to development stages.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage monthly Promotions Calendar and Bulletin.
- Research and track competitive on an ongoing basis; keep abreast of new promotions to identify and apply white space opportunities for future promotional development.
- Own and manage Global Promotion’s Monthly Competitive Report.
- Coordinate photography of pack shots for all new saleable and non-saleable Promotions as they become available/when needed.
- Approvals, kickoffs, requests.
- Maintain Product Closet with all Promo Kit samples + necessary Hair + Body SKU’s pertaining to Kits.
Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Should demonstrate a passion for the beauty/cosmetics industry.
- Has excellent proofreading skills.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Robust project management skills. Operational with strong attention to detail and time-management skills. Able to multi-task.
- Independently and proactively identifies priorities, takes action, and keeps relevant parties involved and informed.
- Able to identify both current and emerging issues and take corrective actions.
- Fosters effective working relationships by demonstrating an inclusive work style and works as part of a team at all levels within the organization.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, flexible, ability to wear many hats at once.
- Experience working 360 cross-functionally with key partners.
