We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support our growing team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. This role combines marketing coordination, team support, office operations, and event planning in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment focused on high-performance buildings and sustainability.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support company marketing initiatives across social media, email marketing, events, and brand materials
- Coordinate updates to company resumes, bios, project sheets, and proposal materials
- Assist with content creation including newsletters, social media posts, and Canva graphics
- Capture and organize photos from events and field work for future marketing use
- Manage company email inbox, voicemail, and RingCentral accounts
- Support employee onboarding/offboarding and basic administration of company technology platforms including Box, Airtable, Adobe, Trello, RingCentral, and Google Workspace
- Coordinate office purchasing and logistics, including supplies, staff apparel/PPE, meals, snacks, and employee appreciation items
- Edit and format business documents, update presentations, etc.
- Perform administrator tasks supporting green building and building enclosure consulting projects.
- Coordinate team events
- Manage team event calendar
- Send staff polls, gather feedback
- Plan and coordinate annual company retreat
Desired Qualifications

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Trello, and Airtable
- Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience coordinating events, marketing, or office operations preferred
