Alongside our retail presence, we are growing a direct-to-consumer ecommerce business that offers thousands of kitchen and bathroom products across a wide range of design styles.
Our marketing team is focused on building a high-performance ecommerce growth engine across paid media, SEO, content, and lifecycle marketing.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of Kingston’s paid acquisition efforts and help scale our e-commerce growth.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Lives inside ad platforms
- Knows how to scale campaigns profitably
- Can bring structure to large, complex product catalogs
You will play a key role in expanding our paid media engine across Google and Meta, with the goal of scaling performance across 100+ product categories.
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)
- Scale paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Build and manage 100+ product-level or category campaigns
- Develop scalable campaign structures for a large SKU catalog
- Improve performance metrics, including ROAS, CAC, and conversion rate
- Identify and test new growth opportunities across paid channels
What You’ll Do
Paid Media Management
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with opportunities to test additional platforms.
Campaign Structure & Scaling
Build scalable campaign frameworks to support Kingston’s long-tail product catalog.
Performance Optimization
Continuously test and improve:
- Creatives
- Audiences
- Bidding strategies
- Landing pages
Data & Analytics
Use tools like GA4, SEMrush, and platform dashboards to analyze performance and guide decision-making.
Cross-Channel Support
Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with promotions, product launches, and seasonal initiatives, and support adjacent efforts like email and SEO when needed.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience
- Strong experience with Google Ads (required)
- Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Solid understanding of GA4 and attribution
- Experience working in Shopify or e-commerce environments
- Familiarity with keyword research tools (SEMrush or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance optimization
Nice to Have
- Experience in marketing physical consumer products
- Familiarity with home improvement, kitchen, or bath categories
- Understanding of MAP pricing and multi-channel distribution
- Experience managing large product catalogs
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Experience in paid ads in other platforms (e.g., Pinterest, TikTok, etc)

You’ll join a growing in-house marketing team, working directly with the Marketing Director and COO to drive e-commerce growth.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51,185.09 - $61,642.25 per year
