Sunfire Nutrition is launching Gabriel, an AI-first health coverage and health insurance technology company currently in beta with an active customer waitlist.
Gabriel is built for people who are tired of paying for sick care and want health coverage that feels proactive, intelligent, and actually useful.
We combine preventive wellness dollars, health insurance navigation, AI-first insurance optimization, integrative care access, deductible protection, reimbursement support, and an AI-native care operations layer into one membership.
We are now building our founding sales team to help bring Gabriel to its first wave of members and teams.
This is a high-trust, consultative sales role. You will speak with individuals, families, founders, self-employed professionals, small business owners, and teams who are confused, frustrated, or underserved by their current health insurance, then help them understand how Gabriel can serve them better.
This is not a boiler-room role.
It is early-stage, performance-driven, and highly consultative. The right person will help shape the sales playbook, messaging, onboarding process, and future sales team.
For exceptional founding-level candidates, there will also be equity upside.
Preferred experience:
• Health insurance, employee benefits, ICHRA/QSEHRA, PEO, payroll, HR tech, brokerage sales, or related benefits experience
• Concierge medicine, functional medicine, med spa, longevity, wellness, or premium healthcare membership sales
• Financial services, insurance, real estate, recruiting, or another consultative sales category where trust and follow-up matter
• Experience selling to founders, self-employed professionals, high-income households, small business owners, or HR leaders
• Full-cycle sales experience, including prospecting, discovery, follow-up, closing, and handoff to onboarding
• Strong CRM discipline and comfort operating in an AI-first sales environment
• Excited to use AI tools to prospect smarter, follow up faster, personalize outreach, and operate more efficiently
• Existing network in health, wellness, creator, founder, benefits, or small business communities
• Insurance license is a plus, but not required
Most important traits:
Trust. Consultative selling. Follow-up discipline. Clear communication. The ability to explain a new category simply.
Compensation:
• Base salary depends on experience and role scope
• Expected range: $55K–$90K base
• Target OTE: $120K–$220K+ depending on experience, performance, and whether the role is individual/family, teams, or sales leadership
• Commission paid on activated, paid memberships
• Potential equity for exceptional founding-level candidates
We are open to hungry full-cycle sellers and more senior founding sales candidates. Compensation will be calibrated to the person’s experience, network, and ability to help build.
