Job Description:
We’re hiring a Financial Analyst to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial and transaction data to support business decisions
• Prepare reports, reconciliations, and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Monitor portfolio/performance trends and identify risks or discrepancies
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams
• Support process improvements and reporting automation initiatives
Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel
• Experience with financial reporting and data analysis
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Background:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with experience in financial analysis, reporting, or operations.
Open to candidates looking to grow in Finance, FP&A, Analytics, or Investment Operations.
