Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Translate initial design ideas and sketches into preliminary 2D or 3D drawings using design software to match quote requests.
- Identify, and address any missing information, discrepancies, or potential design issues early on with the assigned Sales Success or Engineering team members to ensure the issues are resolved.
- Communicate and collaborate with Sales Success and Engineering to resolve any potential roadblocks and provide feedback to refine preliminary designs to meet customer expectations.
- Manage preliminary design processes to ensure coordination with the quoting process and adherence to lead-times provided to customers.
Education And/or Experience
- Must possess a high school diploma. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
Travel
This position requires minimal to no travel
Computer Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and Outlook).
- Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP, Hubspot-CRM, Quest, Design Software or similar systems, preferred.
