The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution, optimisation, and growth of With Jéan’s digital marketing channels across paid media, retention marketing, loyalty, and customer acquisition.
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, and wider team, this role supports campaign implementation, reporting, creative coordination, audience management, and platform optimisation across multiple channels and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Email, SMS & Loyalty Marketing
- Support the planning, scheduling, setup, and deployment of email and SMS campaigns
- Assist with automated customer journeys, retention flows, and loyalty marketing initiatives
- Maintain campaign calendars and support audience segmentation and account hygiene
- Coordinate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer on campaign execution and creative assets
- Manage sign-up forms, pop-ups, and lead generation initiatives
- Support loyalty campaigns including rewards reminders, promotions, and member engagement initiatives
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
Paid Media
Support the execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across META, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, YouTube, and future advertising platforms.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting campaign builds, creative uploads, and launch activations
- Assisting with day-to-day optimisations, audience management, and promotional rollouts
- Managing catalogue uploads and platform hygiene where required
- Monitoring campaign and creative performance to identify growth opportunities
- Assisting with reporting, campaign analysis, and future market expansion initiatives
- Coordinating with creative and management teams on campaign implementation and approvals
Affiliate Marketing & Partnerships
- Support the day-to-day management of affiliate marketing through Rakuten
- Review and onboard affiliate partners
- Manage affiliate communications and partnership requests
- Monitor affiliate performance and support reporting and optimisation opportunities
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting across digital marketing channels
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
- Maintain organised reporting structures across campaigns and platforms
Skills & Experience
- Experience working in digital marketing, paid media, retention marketing, or e-commerce marketing (fashion or retail preferred)
- Understanding of platforms including META Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest, Google Merchant Center, GA4, Attentive, Shopify, and Rakuten
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with confidence working with reports and campaign data
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across creative, marketing, and operational teams
