Job Summary:
Founded in 2005, Aquabiliti is a water-based medical device manufacturing company committed to delivering the highest levels for safety, purity, reliability, and quality of products. Aquabiliti’s York, PA location, completely remodeled in 2022, includes state of the art cleanroom, laboratory, and manufacturing facilities and equipment enabling innovative expansion of product offerings. Under the guidance of the Director of Sales, the Marketing Sales Associate supports new business growth through lead generation and marketing initiatives. This role focuses on managing automated outreach, email and digital campaigns, content creation, SEO, and advertising to generate qualified leads and strengthen brand awareness. The position also supports trade shows, customer visits, and sales events to drive pipeline growth. Strong communication skills, a results driven mindset, and the ability to understand customer needs are essential for success.
Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily:
- Create, manage, and optimize automated outreach campaigns, including cold call outreach outsource, email marketing, and CRM-driven customer engagement initiatives
- Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns to support lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness
- Create marketing content for websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials
- Support and manage digital advertising campaigns, including online ads, SEO initiatives, and website updates
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote company products and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct customer visits and assist with relationship management for prospective and small to mid range accounts
- Track marketing and sales activity through CRM systems and maintain accurate customer and campaign records
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to support business development initiatives and company growth objectives
- Monitor campaign performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist with follow-up communication, lead qualification, and coordination of customer inquiries and requests
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Previous, demonstrated experience in a sales, marketing or business development environment
- 2+ years’ experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM systems preferred
- Experience working with ERP systems preferred
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools for managing outreach, campaigns, and customer engagement workflows
- Experience with email marketing, cold outreach automation, and lead nurturing sequences
- Strong digital marketing skills, including website updates, SEO optimization, and online advertising campaign management
- Ability to create clear and engaging marketing content for digital and print channels, including social media, email, and promotional materials
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively
- Ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret basic marketing metrics, and adjust strategies to improve results
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships during customer visits, events, and ongoing outreach
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on lead generation, pipeline development, and marketing effectiveness
- Ability to quickly learn technical products and clearly communicate value propositions to prospective customers
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across sales and marketing teams
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline development strategies
- Knowledge of or exposure to life sciences or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments preferred
- Ability to build and maintain early stage and developing customer relationships
- Understanding of trade show engagement and post event follow up practices
- Proficiency with CRM systems and maintain accurate activity records
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with a consistent, results driven approach to marketing and sales activity
- Familiarity with companies’ industry, products, and target market
Pay: $42,000.00 - $58,500.00 per year
