Our customers include some of the most recognizable and fastest-growing brands in the industry, including Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Coaqua, Leisure Hydration, and many others.
Today, Kaizntree is helping brands automate thousands of operational tasks that would otherwise be managed through spreadsheets, emails, PDFs, and disconnected systems.
We're at the forefront of applying AI to CPG operations, helping brands operate more efficiently and giving them the infrastructure they need to grow.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an SDR who wants to help build the next stage of the company.
This is not a corporate sales job.
You'll work directly with the founder, have visibility into every part of the business, and play a meaningful role in helping scale one of the fastest-growing technology companies serving the food and beverage industry.
The Opportunity
As an SDR at Kaizntree, your primary responsibility will be generating qualified pipeline and booking meetings with food and beverage brands that could benefit from Kaizntree.
You'll be prospecting founders, operations leaders, supply chain managers, finance leaders, and other decision-makers at some of the most exciting consumer brands in the industry.
In addition to outbound prospecting, you'll have the opportunity to represent Kaizntree at industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, and networking events across North America. Travel is typically expected approximately once every one to two months depending on event schedules.
You won't simply be following a playbook. You'll help build it.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Cold call prospective customers daily
- Send personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages
- Research target accounts and key decision makers
- Book qualified meetings with prospective customers
- Follow up consistently and relentlessly
- Represent Kaizntree at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events across North America
- Build relationships with founders, operators, and decision-makers at in-person events
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through conferences and trade shows
- Support Kaizntree-hosted workshops, panels, and customer events
- Maintain accurate CRM records and outreach activity
- Help improve messaging, targeting, and outbound processes
- Become an expert in the operational challenges faced by food and beverage brands
Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in an SDR, BDR, sales, business development, recruiting, fundraising, or other quota-carrying/customer-facing role
- Were an athlete, team captain, competitor, founder, or have a track record of performing in highly competitive environments
- Are highly self-directed and don't require constant supervision
- Can handle rejection without losing momentum
- Have strong communication skills and confidence speaking with strangers
- Thrive in fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environments
- Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships both in-person and virtually
- Are willing to travel periodically throughout North America for conferences, trade shows, and customer events
- Want significant responsibility early in your career

Unlike larger organizations where SDRs are one of many, you'll have a direct line to leadership, significant ownership, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact from day one.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000 - $120,000+
- Uncapped commission tied directly to revenue generated
- Accelerated commission opportunities for top performers
Career Progression
This role has a clear path into an Account Executive position and equity compensation.
As the company grows, top performers will have the opportunity to take on larger responsibilities, manage opportunities throughout the sales process, and grow into closing roles.
