Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute paid media strategy with a strong emphasis on eCommerce performance and revenue growth.
- Lead Google Ads ecosystem management, including:
- Google Shopping (Standard + Performance Max)
- Feed optimization (titles, attributes, categorization, promotions)
- Merchant Center diagnostics and scaling strategies
- Actively manage and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, and other performance channels—no “set it and forget it.”
- Drive product-level performance, improving visibility, CTR, CVR, and ROAS across catalog-based campaigns.
- Continuously optimize:
- Bids, budgets, and campaign structures
- Product segmentation and feed strategy
- Search query mining and negative keyword expansion
- Develop and execute a rigorous testing roadmap across:
- Creative (UGC, statics, video)
- Offers and bundles
- Landing pages and PDPs
- Partner with creative and growth teams to develop high-converting ad assets aligned to top-performing SKUs and categories.
- Collaborate with eCommerce and CRO teams to improve onsite conversion rates and AOV.
- Own performance KPIs with a focus on scaling revenue while maintaining a 3.5+ blended ROAS.
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting—from SKU-level insights to executive summaries.
- Identify and scale new opportunities in shopping, search, and feed-based channels.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in paid media for eCommerce brands.
- Deep expertise in:
- Google Shopping & Performance Max
- Google Merchant Center (feeds, diagnostics, optimization)
- Product feed tools (DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics, etc. is a plus)
- Proven track record of scaling eCommerce revenue through paid media while hitting ROAS/CAC targets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable optimizations.
- Experience managing large product catalogs and SKU-level performance strategies.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and eCommerce teams.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and driven by testing, iteration, and performance gains.
Nice to Have
- Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or DTC brands
- Familiarity with Shopify and eCommerce analytics tools
- Experience with attribution models and incrementality testing
- Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO principles

Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
