Production Configuration Management Analyst
Location: York, PA

Shift: 1st Shift (9/80 Schedule)
Pay Rate: $36/hr + Benefits
Job Summary
We are seeking a Production Configuration Management Analyst to support manufacturing operations by managing engineering and production changes, maintaining manufacturing bills of materials (MBOMs), and ensuring configuration accuracy throughout the production lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead processing and implementation of Manufacturing Change Notices (MCNs).
- Review Technical Drawing Packages (TDPs) and engineering change documentation.
- Analyze impacts to MBOMs, routings, assembly setups, material flow, and work instructions.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, planning, and production teams.
- Facilitate implementation meetings and track action items.
- Support configuration management activities and provide technical guidance.
- Process non-conforming parts for rework or upgrades through outside service providers.
- Ensure manufacturing documentation and product configuration accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience reading Technical Drawing Packages (TDPs).
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOM/BOM).
- Experience with Windchill, EPDM, or similar Product Data Management systems.
- Oracle experience including Item Master, BOMs, Routings, and Drawing Files.
- Experience using OBIEE.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes including machining, welding, assembly, painting, and marking.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excel Macros and VBA experience.
- Manufacturing material control/change management experience.
- Experience with floor stock, job releases, modifications, and inventory impact analysis.
- Background in welding, assembly, or production operations
