Graphic Design Intern
Position Overview
Rancher Hat Bar is looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to join our growing team. This internship is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience creating visual content for a nationally recognized lifestyle brand.
The Graphic Design Intern will assist with designing marketing materials, social media content, retail signage, event graphics, email campaigns, product packaging, and other creative projects while ensuring all designs align with the Rancher Hat Bar brand.
Responsibilities
- Create graphics for social media, website, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Design promotional materials, flyers, posters, in-store signage, and event collateral.
- Assist with creating graphics for new store openings, events, and product launches.
- Develop branded materials while maintaining Rancher Hat Bar’s visual identity.
- Edit photos, create mockups, and assist with content creation.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams on creative campaigns.
- Organize design files and maintain brand assets.
- Assist with additional creative projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and branding.
- Creative eye with attention to detail.
- Ability to receive feedback and make revisions quickly.
- Passion for fashion, western lifestyle, retail, and social media trends.
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
