We are seeking a driven and experienced Marketing Director to lead marketing strategy across our Multi-store auto company. This role is responsible for increasing market share, driving traffic, and maximizing profitability through strategic advertising, branding, social media, and data-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate understands automotive retail, digital marketing, and how to generate measurable results across multiple rooftops.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow sales and market share across all locations (a month in Advance)
- Plan and manage monthly and annual marketing budgets
- Implements in-store process for capturing customer reviews and customer purchase images for social media postings.
- Oversee all advertising channels:
- Digital (Google, social, SEO, third-party sites)
- Traditional (radio, TV, billboards, print, direct mail)
- Coordinate and manage ad agencies, vendors, and media partners
- Handle Social Media for stores
- Ensure Legal Compliance with all advertising
- Create and approve:
- Ad copy
- Campaign creatives
- Promotional materials
- Work closely with General Managers and Sales Managers on campaigns and promotions
- Track and analyze campaign performance (ROI, lead flow, cost per lead, etc.)
- Adjust marketing strategies based on data and market trends
- Maintain consistent branding across all stores
- Develop and implement in-store and off-site promotions
- Setup Events with local town events and sports programs
- Act as liaison with: Media outlets
- Manufacturer marketing programs
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare and present performance reports to leadership
- Attend management and strategy meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in automotive marketing (preferred) or multi-location retail marketing
- Strong understanding of:
- Digital marketing & lead generation
- Advertising strategy
- Budget management
- Experience managing multiple locations or brands
- Ability to analyze data and make ROI-driven decisions
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working with ad agencies and vendors
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
