Infinity Plumbing Designs, Inc. is looking for an addition to our design team!
We are an established plumbing company who is looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and organized individual to become a part of our design team. The individual we are seeking must be able to make tight deadlines, be comfortable anticipating solutions in challenging situations, and have excellent communication skills. We need someone who is proactive, dependable, detail oriented, and must have previous experience in plumbing or plumbing engineering.
Job Duties
- Design plumbing systems per plumbing code using provided building plans and scope of work.
- Create Detailed Layouts and Isometric drawings of plumbing systems including: ground soil, topsoil, gas, and water.
- Produce ground soil, topsoil, water, and gas drawing packages for field use.
- Walk job with Foreman to review design and implement revisions as needed.
- Communicate with field personnel about upcoming phases, changes in schedule, and revisions.
- Create job folder in company network
- Maintain records and stay up to date with job spec. revisions.
- Review CAD files provided by builder.
- Create bill of materials for every design and prepare material orders for delivery at the discretion of the foreman.
- Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements
Requirements
- 5-7 years’ experience of AUTOCAD
- 5-7 years’ experience working with plumbing systems
- Knowledge of plumbing industry
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
