We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead and grow our online presence across multiple platforms including: Tik Tok, Amazon, Meta, Youtube, and Google Ads. If you thrive at the intersection of digital marketing, data-driven strategy, and operational execution, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- This isn’t your average PM role-you’ll be the driving force behind every eCommerce engagement, diving headfirst into both the technical and strategic sides of site builds, platform integrations, retention marketing, and continuous optimization.
- Strategic planning on creating the vision and product line for each brand.
- Manage product listings, SEO, and content across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from click to delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns across paid search, email, and social media.
- Lead A/B testing, promotions, and customer retention initiatives.
- You’ll guide brands through the complexities of digital commerce, bringing together cross-functional teams to plan and launch high-performing DTC websites and digital growth strategies.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably in the health/wellness setting.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.
- Ability to speak fluently with developers and strategists about APIs, data layers, custom functionality, and modern web infrastructure.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
