Arch + Beam is seeking a qualified Associate to join our growing consulting practice. Location is San Francisco Bay Area. Salary is $105,000 to $115,000 base annually, plus bonus and benefits.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Support and work with senior team members
· Develop three statement fully integrated financial models
· Develop 13 week cash flow models
· Compose presentations to clients and stakeholders
· Research companies and industries for prospective and existing clients
· Meet with prospective and current clients
· Other tasks as requested
Qualifications:
· Prior work experience in consulting, restructuring, commercial or investment banking preferred
· BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations Research, Economics, Business
· MBA, CFA, CPA, CTP, CTA, CIRA a plus
· Practical experience working with AI tools (Claude, Copilot), a plus
· Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
· Deep knowledge of accounting and financial statement analysis
· Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills
· Strong Microsoft, including Word and PowerPoint, skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Willingness to travel
