Who we are
Voyage is a Maison for Mind Computing — the first deep tech couture house, engineering non-invasive neural interfaces as objects of desire. With a founding team from Apple, MIT Media Lab, Harvard, the Royal College of Art and more, we blend frontier science with cultural gravity to create technology that is equally functional, aesthetically refined, and highly adoptable. All team members are known as 'Technical Philosophers' and collaborate at the intersection of hardware, AI/ML, neuro, design, and philosophy of mind. Applicants can expect a creative, experimental environment focused on pushing the boundaries of human–machine interaction.
The Maison is looking for a graphic designer to shape our visual language — from brand identity to the digital surfaces where people first encounter the house. We're looking for someone to own all elements of our visual design language; someone who is not bound by tools or surfaces, but is interested in making people feel something unique.
Ideal profile:
- Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and visual identity systems
- Comfortable translating a brand's cultural register into concrete design — web, print, motion, social
- Technical enough to build, not just design: frontend proficiency (HTML/CSS, ideally React) to ship what you design without waiting on engineering; some backend familiarity is a plus
- An eye for restraint — able to make things feel considered, selective, and quietly confident rather than loud or trend-driven
- Experience in 3D assets and motion is desired.
- Comfortable working across mediums: web design, event collateral, object/packaging design, editorial layout
- Interest in brain-computer interfaces, philosophy of mind, or the broader "technical couture" thesis is a plus
- Prior experience at a design studio, luxury/fashion brand, or taste-led consumer company is a strong plus
The playbook for designing surfaces for Mind Computing has not yet been written — you will be one of the first to do so.
