We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Entry-Level Graphic Designer to join our Bay Area team. In this role, you’ll help translate complex legal concepts into visually engaging presentations, exhibits, and graphics that resonate with judges and juries—often working side-by-side with litigation teams at trial sites.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with senior designers and presentation specialists to create slides, graphics, infographics, and other exhibit materials.
- Travel to trial sites to provide on-site design support for litigation teams.
- Turn complex information into clear, persuasive visuals.
- Ensure brand consistency, accurate typography, and polished layouts.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and project needs.
- Maintain organized files and meet tight deadlines.
- Work outside standard office hours, including evenings and occasional weekends, to meet trial and project demands.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation design.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong attention to detail, typography, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing design sensibility in layouts, infographics, or presentation work.
- Must reside in California, specifically the Bay Area.
