Job Overview – Graphic Designer – 34348
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with commercial real estate experience to support the development and execution of high-impact marketing materials across an industrial, office, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for producing visually compelling marketing collateral, maintaining brand consistency, and partnering with leasing, investment, and property management teams to create materials that enhance property marketing and strengthen the company's brand presence.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional design skills, and has experience creating marketing assets specifically within the commercial real estate industry.
- Design and produce marketing collateral including property brochures, offering memorandums, leasing presentations, pitch decks, flyers, signage, advertisements, email campaigns, and digital assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials while creating visually compelling content to support leasing, investment, and corporate initiatives.
- Partner with leasing, acquisitions, property management, and brokerage teams to develop customized marketing materials for commercial real estate properties.
- Update property marketing materials, website content, and commercial real estate listing platforms to ensure accurate and current property information.
- Coordinate with photographers, printers, signage vendors, and other creative partners to execute marketing projects and support company events and special initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of graphic design experience within commercial real estate.
- Strong portfolio showcasing commercial real estate marketing materials.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Experience creating print and digital marketing collateral.
- Excellent typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling skills.
