About The Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist executes and optimizes multi-channel programs across paid search, paid social, email, SEO, and web content for a technology business. The role turns audience insights and product messaging into campaigns that increase qualified traffic, engagement, and demand.
You will work with product marketing, sales, content, and creative partners to launch measurable programs across the digital funnel. Success depends on strong execution, disciplined reporting, and a practical understanding of how channel performance affects conversion and pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, email, and marketing automation platforms
- Build and optimize landing pages, forms, nurture workflows, and conversion paths using tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Webflow, or similar
- Manage SEO programs including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, internal linking, and performance tracking in Google Search Console
- Create campaign briefs, email copy, social posts, and performance-focused content in partnership with writers, designers, and product marketing
- Monitor channel performance in GA4, Looker Studio, CRM, and marketing automation reports; identify trends and recommend budget or targeting changes
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, ad creative, calls to action, landing pages, and audience segments, documenting results and next steps
- Maintain the digital marketing calendar, campaign documentation, UTM standards, and weekly reporting on traffic, leads, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or a related role, preferably in a technology environment
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, and a CRM or marketing automation platform such as HubSpot or Marketo
- Working knowledge of paid acquisition, email marketing, organic search, web analytics, conversion optimization, and marketing attribution
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging for landing pages, email, paid media, and social channels
- Comfortable analyzing campaign data, building reports, and using performance insights to prioritize experiments and channel improvements
- Highly organized project manager who can coordinate multiple launches, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners
- Bonus: Experience with HTML/CSS, Looker Studio or Tableau, Salesforce, Ahrefs or Semrush, CMS platforms, lifecycle marketing, or B2B SaaS demand generation
