About the Role

We’re looking for a talented, insanely detailed, and relentlessly perfectionist Production Coordinator to join our team. This role is for someone who notices the smallest details, has a natural eye for design and quality, and brings a “make it work” mentality to every project. You’ll be the bridge between our clients and vendors, owning projects from start to finish and ensuring everything is executed flawlessly - from proofs and color approvals to timelines and delivery.

What You’ll Do

Manage production projects end-to-end, from initial client handoff to final delivery
Approve proofs, check details, pick colors, size artwork, and protect quality standards at every stage
Coordinate directly with both clients and vendors, serving as the main point of contact throughout the process
Track timelines, costs, and deliverables to ensure jobs are produced on time, on budget, and at the highest quality
Identify issues early and take initiative to problem-solve, making smart judgment calls independently
Maintain a relentless focus on details, ensuring accuracy in every order, spec, and approval
Communicate rapidly and effectively with internal team, clients, and vendors (quick responses are a must)
Drive continuous improvement by spotting inefficiencies and offering smarter ways to work

What We’re Looking For

Hungry, ambitious, and ready to take full ownership of projects
Basic understanding of screen printing and embroidery processes (training provided to grow knowledge)
Strong written and verbal communication skills - responsive and clear
Execution-focused, but also resourceful and creative when solving problems
Entry-level candidates with drive welcome; mid-level candidates with experience in production/merchandising also encouraged
