About the Role
Support VVEAVE's growth by managing client relationships and driving account expansion. You'll work closely with premium brands to ensure successful platform adoption while identifying opportunities for partnership growth within the VVEAVE network.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned client portfolio
- Support new business development through prospect research and outreach
- Coordinate client onboarding and platform adoption processes
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing client relationships
- Assist with proposal development and client presentations
- Maintain accurate client data and pipeline reporting
- Support senior team members with strategic client initiatives
- Participate in industry events and networking activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of account management, client success, or sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in fashion, retail, or technology industries
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Bachelor's degree preferred
