About This Role
Immersiv is seeking a passionate, world-class Sales person to join our team as an Account Manager.

What You'll Do
- Drive referrals and new patient growth by actively engaging neurologists, gastroenterologists, rheumatologists, and (to a lesser extent) cardiologists across Central Texas.
- Build and leverage an established network of specialists to generate consistent infusion referrals and expand market share.
- Be in the field daily—meeting providers, attending networking events, introducing Immersiv Health to practices, and cultivating strong, trust-based relationships.
- Serve as the face of Immersiv Health in the community—"knocking on doors and kissing babies"—creating awareness and excitement around our patient-first infusion model.
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new referrals, supporting physicians and staff throughout the process.
Who You Are
- 2–3 years of experience in medical, pharma, or infusion sales with an existing network of referring specialists.
- Based in South Austin, Texas.
- Proven ability to generate referrals and close new business in a healthcare environment.
- Infusion-specific experience strongly preferred.
- Relentlessly driven, sales-focused personality who thrives on being in front of clients and "living the hustle."
- Currently active in the field with no employment gaps, ensuring relationships are warm and current.
- Ambitious, hungry for success, and motivated by a commission-heavy structure with uncapped upside.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, able to build trust quickly with physicians and practice staff.
