POSITION: Junior Account Executive - Caribbean & LATAMREPORTING TO: Senior Sales Director– Caribbean & LATAM
*LOCATION: Required to be based in Miami / Fort Lauderdale area
POSITION SUMMARY:The Jr. Account Executive is expected to facilitate the planning and execution of all John Hardy sales strategies as it applies to their independent/national customers. This person will manage the inventory in independent jewelers/major accounts to ensure they maintain the Brand visibility. John Hardy Jr. Account Executive is the liaison between the accounts and Senior Sales Director and will build relationships with Account teams. The Jr. Account Executive will provide ongoing support to accounts and store captains they manage, and will plan, organize, and assist in the execution of all events, sales incentives and training in their region. The goal is to deliver annual sales and objectives through proper planning, sales strategy and inventory management.
ROLE SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES:Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needsTravel up to 65% to work directly with accountsEnsure retailers understand and execute according to Company guidelines with regards to inventory assortments, product mix, product merchandising and display, marketing execution etc.Drive productivity improvements in existing points of distribution; must be able to work effectively with independent accountsCoordinate stock and sales analysis with partnersDevelop new business through identification and penetration of top independent Luxury Retailers and major department storesHelp build marketing co-op plans with partners to present to the teamPartner with retailers to creatively ensure in-store team members are properly supported through seasonal trainingCommunicate company programs to retail partners ensuring engagement and support required to execute initiatives through to the end consumerSupport John Hardy Events Team to ensure successful execution of in-store events in order to deliver regional sales targets and brand messagingComplete all administrative duties accurately and expeditiously (i.e., budgeting, expenses, regional reporting, account specific reporting which includes stock and sales plans, reimbursement etc.)
