Business Operations & Compliance Associate – Renewables
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid, 2 days/week in office)

About Wild Ducks
The renewable energy supply chain is under enormous strain. Post-Onshoring Bonus Bill (OBB) incentives have shifted procurement strategies, but global uncertainty remains. With FEOC restrictions dropping next year (2026) and tariff challenges evolving quarterly, operators are caught balancing compliance, sourcing diversity, and project execution.
At Wild Ducks, we’re building AI-native supply chain software that helps solar, storage, and clean-energy operators stay ahead of these shifts. Our platform provides compliance assurance, tariff impact modeling, and supplier visibility, giving renewables companies confidence in planning and execution.
We’re hiring a Business Operations & Compliance Associate to ensure our internal operations are as resilient and compliant as the solutions we deliver to our customers.
