Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, lead generation, and customer service. This role involves engaging with clients in both B2B and direct sales environments, utilizing negotiation skills and product knowledge to meet customer needs.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective territory management and account management strategies.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, product demos, and upselling to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Engage in technical sales discussions to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Experience
- Familiarity with technology sales and CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Experience in lead generation and territory sales management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a customer-oriented approach are essential for success in this role.
