Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to be coached. You will be responsible for generating new business by identifying prospects, making cold calls, and developing relationships across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and target potential clients in the construction industry through phone, email, field visits, and digital outreach
- Cold call and prospect daily to generate new sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM with detailed notes and activity logs
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events and networking functions as needed
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in construction, industrial equipment, or B2B environments
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and prospecting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-starter with a relentless drive to succeed
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction equipment, machinery, or parts is a strong plus
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a bonus

Pay: $84,000.00 - $204,000.00 per year
