The Opportunity
We are hiring a Sales Representative to join our team and be part of our expansion. This is a full-time, hybrid role with room for flexibility. You’ll be the face of JDI Construction—building relationships, guiding clients through the remodeling process, and closing high-ticket projects. With strong performance, there is unlimited earning potential.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and follow up on leads (company-provided + self-generated)
- Conduct in-home consultations and present remodeling solutions
- Build strong client relationships and manage projects from first meeting to signed contract
- Prepare proposals and close deals with professionalism and confidence
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in high-ticket or relationship-based industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Motivated, adaptable, and people-oriented
- Ability to manage leads, follow through consistently, and close deals
- Knowledge of construction or remodeling is a plus (but not required)
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills
- Independent and team-oriented mindset
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus
