Role Description
We’re looking for an Outside Sales Account Manager to represent Savety Yellow Products throughout the state of Texas and surrounding states. This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role focused on supporting our existing dealers, training their sales teams, and growing new business within the territory. You’ll act as the direct point of contact between our brand and the dealer salespeople, helping them close more deals, understand our product line, and deliver safety solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with existing dealer sales reps (provided by Savety Yellow Products) and support their success
• Conduct regular in-person or virtual (when necessary) sales meetings and product training sessions
• Introduce new products and provide market feedback to our team
• Accompany dealer reps on site visits as needed
• Follow up on open quotes and notify us of at-risk opportunities
• Seek out and onboard new dealers within the territory (with support from our team)
• Attend tradeshows or industry events when required
• Represent the Savety Yellow brand with professionalism and product knowledge
• 40-50% overnight travel required. Travel expenses are paid for by Savety Yellow Products

Qualifications
• Experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role (B2B preferred)
• Background in industrial products, material handling, or safety equipment is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently and traveling within Texas
• Proficient with video calls and virtual meetings (Zoom or Teams)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not required
