Position OverviewWe’re seeking a Remote Account Manager to build, manage, and grow client relationships across North America.
This is a dynamic role that blends customer service, operations, and sales — perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, moving fast, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers and handle daily shipment activity
- Quote, book, and manage shipments from pickup through delivery
- Source and negotiate carrier capacity across multiple equipment types (dry van, reefer, flatbed, sprinter, straight truck, hotshot)
- Ensure every load meets Fallon’s standards — verified teams, photo documentation, 24/7 tracking, E-track, straps, and liftgate requirements
- Proactively communicate with clients and carriers, providing real-time updates and quick problem-solving
- Collaborate closely with leadership and carrier sales to protect service and margin
- Drive customer retention through consistent, professional, and transparent communication
Qualifications- 2+ years of logistics, account management, or brokerage experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to professionalism and integrity
- Driven, competitive, and self-motivated — someone who doesn’t need to be told twice
