We’re growing — and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Lister / Marketing Coordinator to help us manage listings, coordinate marketing materials, and streamline communication across platforms.
Position Overview
The Lister / Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for posting, maintaining, and optimizing all service listings, marketing content, and digital communication touchpoints. This person will play an essential role in keeping our marketing operations consistent, organized, and professional across all business lines (Global Performance Group, Global Wellness, and related entities).
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, precision, and creative organization — someone who can bring clarity and consistency to our growing digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain service and program listings (pricing, descriptions, schedules, photos, etc.) across multiple platforms
- Coordinate marketing materials and listings for upcoming events, programs, and partnerships
- Manage communication between departments for updates on offerings, promotions, and pricing
- Ensure brand consistency and tone alignment across all listings and posts
- Collaborate with the marketing team on social media scheduling, captions, and campaign planning
- Track and report engagement metrics or lead conversions from listings
- Assist with light graphic design or formatting (Canva or similar) when needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Familiarity with listing platforms, Google Drive, Canva, or basic CRM tools
- Experience in marketing, admin, or operations preferred (sports / wellness / health industry a plus)
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced team environment
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time, with potential for full-time growth
- Flexible hours (remote or hybrid possible)
- Compensation based on experience
