Role: NX Post Processor & Machine Simulation Engineer
Location: 100% REMOTE
Pay Range: $65/hr to $70/hr

Summary: Seeking an NX Post Processor & Machine Simulation Engineer to design, develop, and customize Siemens NX post processors and ISV kits tailored to customer requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Strong experience with Siemens NX CAM (Post Builder, Post Configurator, Machine Configurator).
- Proficient in Python, C++, and TCL for automation and customization tasks.
- Solid understanding of NX Manufacturing processes and machine simulation workflows.
- Familiarity with CSE Driver customization and debugging for ISV environments.
- Hands-on experience implementing Blum and Renishaw probing cycles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize NX Post Processors and NX ISV kits to meet customer specifications.
- Utilize Post Builder, Post Configurator, and Machine Configurator for post and simulation development.
- Customize and optimize CSE Drivers for seamless machine tool simulation.
- Implement and test On-Machine Probing cycles within post processors and ISV kits.
- Create and integrate Custom UDEs (User Defined Events) for NX Manufacturing.
- Provide project estimates, collect technical data, and ensure timely project execution.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Maintain clear documentation and version control throughout project lifecycles.
