Powwow Events produces high-energy business conferences and expos across multiple industries — from healthcare and construction to beauty, retail, and beyond. We’re looking for a young, confident, and friendly women who loves talking to people and can bring excitement and energy to our attendee outreach.
You’ll be the voice of Powwow. Personally connecting with professionals who have registered or shown interest in our shows, helping them feel part of something bigger, and making sure they actually show up ready to network and learn.
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to potential and registered attendees to invite them to our upcoming business shows.
- Build relationships with attendees, make them feel seen, valued, and excited to attend.
- Answer basic event questions and provide quick info (dates, location, schedule, etc.).
- Follow up with warm leads and past attendees.
- Keep notes organized and update call progress in our CRM or spreadsheet.
Who You Are:
- Energetic, positive, and comfortable on the phone — you like talking to people.
- Young, friendly, professional voice and good communication skills.
- Organized and reliable — you follow through and take notes.
- Confident with basic computer tools (Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Available part-time (flexible hours) — perfect for someone who wants a fun, purposeful side gig or entry-level opportunity in events and marketing.
