Who We Are
Since 2013, People.Health has transformed how public health organizations work. We are a small, but dynamic team of developers, designers and delivery managers that support large scale public health initiatives for Federal Agencies (DoD), State and Local Health Departments, large pharmaceutical companies and healthcare organizations.
Users of our solutions are both those that deliver healthcare (providers, epidemiologists, health educators, case investigators, therapists, etc.) and those that receive care (patients, citizens, active military and their beneficiaries). At base, this job is about helping our customers reimagine their internal workflows and patient engagement strategies: We create excellent experiences for our clients and the populations they serve.
What We Need
We are searching for a highly qualified Full-Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare software/information technology and State or Federal government experience. People.Health is an agile development company.
At People.Health, we’re building human-focused technology solutions that improve efficiency and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on building high-quality, scalable web applications. You will work closely with other developers, designers, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions to our clients. We’re looking for someone who is quick, technically strong, and not afraid to ask questions. An understanding of not just how to code but why certain code works is essential.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Code optimization: Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by optimizing both front-end and back-end code.
