PWR Staffing is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our client remotely. The Field Marketing Manager supports the Americas Field Marketing team by developing, managing, and executing scalable regional marketing programs that drive lead generation and pipeline growth. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, operational excellence, and a metrics-driven mindset.

Reports To: Sr. Group Manager, Programs – Americas Field Marketing Pay Rate: $55-56/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Centralize and streamline the execution of regional field marketing programs.
- Develop and roll out scalable program kits and enablement assets for consistent field execution.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional meetings, ensuring accountability and timely deliverables.
- Own and manage foundational AMER marketing programs, including events, webinars, and campaigns.
- Collect and provide feedback to improve marketing initiatives and processes.
- Work independently to manage program assets, timelines, and reporting.
Requirements & Skills
- 5+ years of direct event management experience required.
- 3+ years of direct field marketing experience required.
- Experience with multiple marketing channels: events, webinars, sponsorships, email, and direct mail.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Metrics-driven with experience using Tableau, Salesforce (SFDC), Asana, and Swoogo.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
