Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to support our digital marketing team. This role involves developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and analyzing campaign performance to enhance our brand presence. Duties
- Develop and curate compelling content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Manage daily posting schedules using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Monitor social listening platforms to gauge audience engagement and gather insights for strategy optimization
- Design eye-catching graphics and visual content utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Implement SEO strategies and conduct keyword research to improve content visibility and reach
- Execute Facebook Advertising campaigns and analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools
- Engage with followers to foster community relationships and manage online reputation through relationship management techniques
- Proofread all content for accuracy, branding consistency, and quality assurance before publishing
- Collaborate with the team on branding initiatives, e-commerce promotions, and digital marketing campaigns
- Track performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing roles
- Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer
- Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics (Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platforms and campaign management
- Ability to create engaging multimedia content including photography and video editing
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, and relationship management
- Experience in e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
