Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Associate to support our marketing campaigns by researching, coordinating, and managing influencers and campaign talent. You will play a key role in ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly, delivered on time, and achieve their objectives. Chinese language proficiency is preferred to help communicate with certain creators and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify suitable influencers, creators, and partners for each campaign.
- Reach out, coordinate, and establish relationships with campaign talent.
- Manage influencer/campaign execution to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
- Support day-to-day campaign operations, including asset collection, scheduling, and reporting.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and support the marketing team in communication with external partners.
- Track campaign performance and assist in post-campaign reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or influencer management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese proficiency preferred.
- Attention to detail, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing is a plus.

- Experience in influencer marketing or talent management.
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
