Customer Success Manager (Responsible Sourcing) – Elm AI

As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll own strategic relationships end-to-end: guiding customers through rollout, driving deep adoption of our Risk Intelligence, Questionnaire Automation, Audit & CAP Management and Supplier Portal modules, and turning messy supply-chain data into insights that help them protect workers, hit responsible sourcing targets, and “do more with less.” You’ll help shape our customer success playbook and grow into a leadership role as Elm AI scales.
Preferred Background
- 2–6 years in Customer Success, consulting, or similar client-facing roles
- Background or strong interest in responsible sourcing, supply chain, ESG, or compliance
- Comfortable talking to everyone from on-the-ground program managers to senior executives.
- Care about impact, have deep customer empathy.
- Strong program management and follow-through; you love owning outcomes, and building processes
- Data-fluent and curious: able to interpret dashboards, spot patterns, and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations for customers
- Primarily work in EST Timezone, with flexibility to accommodate customers across Europe and Asia.
