About the role
you’ll dive into gen z and gen alpha culture, spot what’s trending before everyone else, and help us create content that actually feels alive on the feed. you’re not just posting stuff. you’re helping shape the vibe of a growing marketing agency and learning how brands blow up online in real time.
What you’ll work on
- working directly with the founder on creative ideas and fast experiments
- digging into gen z and gen alpha trends and what makes them click
- making short videos, graphics, and fun social assets that look great
- helping plan, schedule, and post across ig, tiktok, youtube, and x
- watching what works, joining conversations, and keeping the energy up
What you’ll need
- experience creating content for socials
- familiarity with ig, tiktok, youtube, and x
- interest in ai tools that help you create faster and smarter
- clear communication, reliability, and creative
- studying or recently graduated in marketing, comms, or something similar
What you’ll get
