The Digital & Marketing Coordinator supports the overall marketing operations, helping to deliver clear, engaging, and on-brand communications across digital and physical touchpoints. This role works closely with internal teams and client partners to keep information current, assist with daily marketing needs, and ensure a seamless experience for guests and employees. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and comfortable balancing both administrative and creative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and format on-site signage, menus, PIDs, and promotional materials
- Update website content including menus, event calendars, and photography
- Collaborate with clients to refresh and schedule content for building digital screens
- Assist with scanning items into the POS and ensuring accurate product data entry
- Update and maintain all POS content, including pricing, descriptions, and modifiers
- Provide on-site support for events, activations, and employee engagement efforts
- Maintain promotional inventory and oversee fulfillment when needed
- Support the implementation of new initiatives and assist with unit activations and program rollouts
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, hospitality marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), and comfortable learning new systems
- Strong familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, InDesign)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
- High level of discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
