We are a Miami-based creative studio working with clients in beauty, fashion, wellness, hospitality, lifestyle, real estate, and personal branding. Our work spans social strategy, branding, content creation, and full-service social media management.
As our client roster grows, we’re looking to bring on a creative team member who wants to grow alongside us.
About the Role
This is an entry-level starting role where you’ll begin by overseeing 4–5 client accounts. As we bring on additional clients, there will be clear opportunities to take on more responsibility and advance within the company. We’re building a team that grows together.
We are seeking someone experienced in social media management, graphic design, content creation, and short-form video editing. You should feel comfortable working independently day-to-day, while also collaborating during strategy meetings and content shoots.
The position is mostly remote but requires 2–4 in-person content days per month in Miami.
Spanish-speaking is a strong advantage, as many of our clients and audiences are bilingual.
Applicants must have their own computer for daily work and reliable transportation for client shoots and travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage 4–5 social media accounts, including scheduling and content planning
- Design graphics, stories, and visually consistent branded assets
- Edit reels and short-form videos (CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.)
- Attend 2–4 monthly in-person content days in Miami
- Support creative direction and assist during shoots
- Maintain organized content calendars
- Monitor trends and bring fresh creative ideas
- Ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Communicate effectively with the Miami team for updates and approvals

- Confident supporting shoots and content creation
- Proactive, motivated, and idea-driven
- Adaptable to different brand voices
- Spanish-speaking is a plus (not required)
Required Skills
- Solid background in graphic design
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Suite
- Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Experience with content creation and on-set content days
- Familiarity with social media management and best practices
Work Setup
- Mostly remote
- Must be available for 2–4 content days per month in Miami
- Flexible schedule, deadline-focused
