We are full-time content creators building large audiences across YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, and podcast platforms.
We’re looking for a Full-Time In-House Videographer & Content Creator to become a core part of our creative team in Miami.
This role is hands-on and fast-paced — you’ll be the primary camera operator for live streams (20–30 hours per week) while also editing long-form and short-form content that drives massive engagement across social platforms.
If you love filming real-time content, crafting high-performing clips, and turning raw footage into polished, viral videos — this role is built for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating camera for live streaming sessions (Twitch/Kick)
- Filming cinematic lifestyle content, slow-motion walk shots, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage
- Producing OME-style video chat/interview content
- Editing long-form YouTube videos, podcast episodes, and stream replays
- Editing short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Planning, shooting, and producing video content for marketing campaigns and promotions
- Setting up and managing professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
- Capturing high-quality photography and editing in Lightroom/Photoshop
- Collaborating directly with creators and marketing team to execute content strategies
- Managing multiple projects weekly with consistent quality and fast turnaround
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in videography, live filming, and real-time production
- Comfortable running cameras for long streaming sessions
- High-level editing skills for both long-form and short-form content
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator & Final Cut Pro,
- Solid understanding of YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram content formats and algorithms
- Experience with motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and visual effects
- Strong photography fundamentals
- Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and storytelling
- Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple projects without missing deadlines
- Passion for content creation and growing digital brands
