Compensation:
Base Yearly Salary $42,500 plus sizable commission on sales with an annual target exceeding $200,000 depending on performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Engage in direct sales activities, including outside sales efforts, to expand the customer base.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales with a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, account management, and upselling techniques.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in outside sales is preferred; cannabis experience not required.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings.
- 2 or more years of experience in Sales and Marketing Required.
