We are seeking a bilingual (Mandarin/English) Trade Show Coordinator for a dynamic and growing battery manufacturing company at the forefront of energy storage solutions. This role is perfect for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys managing multiple projects from conception to completion.
The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and international partners to coordinate Trade Shows, marketing activities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure brand messaging resonates across all channels and markets.
Trade Shows & Events
- Plan, coordinate, and execute trade show participation including logistics, booth setup, and material preparation
- Manage relationships with event vendors, contractors, and venue coordinators
- Coordinate travel arrangements and on-site support for trade show participation
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Manage marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives
- Monitor and track marketing budget allocations and expenditures
- Generate detailed marketing performance reports and analytics
Content Creation & Management
- Write, edit, and optimize copy for marketing communications including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials in both English and Mandarin
- Collaborate with graphic designers and creative agencies to develop compelling marketing collateral for domestic and international markets
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications in multiple languages
Required QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Associate's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of trade show coordination / event planning or related experience, preferably in manufacturing or B2B environment
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading, writing) - REQUIRED
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva for design work
- Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management tools
- Basic video editing capabilities (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar) preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools a plus
Travel Requirements
- Occasional business travel required for trade shows and industry events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
