Lynde Greenhouse & Nursery is a 5th generation, family-owned staple in the NW Metro. We are seeking a driven Design & Sales Lead to take ownership of our Residential Landscape division.
Unlike starting from scratch or working in a vacuum, you will be stepping into a role backed by an established brand. Our retail Garden Center has been operating in Maple Grove for nearly 40 years, creating a natural, high-volume funnel of walk-in leads who already trust the Lynde name.
What You Will Do:
- Sales & Consultation: Meet with homeowners to identify their needs, budget, and vision.
- Design: Create functional, beautiful hardscape and softscape plans (AutoCAD/Dynascape preferred) that thrive in Zone 4.
- Project Management: Create estimates, source materials, and collaborate with our experienced installation crews to ensure your vision is built to spec.
- Relationship Building: Maintain the client relationship from the first handshake to the final walkthrough.
Who You Are:
- A "Hunter" & An Artist: You can design a beautiful patio, but you are equally comfortable discussing budgets, margins, and closing the sale.
- Zone 4 Expert: You know Minnesota plant material—what blooms when, what the deer eat, and what survives our winters.
- Experienced: You have 3+ years in landscape design/sales and a portfolio of built work to show for it.
