We’re looking for an experienced Paid Ads Manager to lead strategy and execution for multiple client accounts. You’ll combine analytical precision with creative strategy — managing high-performing campaigns that generate real results. This role offers autonomy, leadership growth, and the opportunity to build a best-in-class paid media division within our agency.
This is a full-time, remote position; however, you must be available to work on the US time zone, and English fluency is required

Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Growth
- Lead discovery calls to understand client goals and craft tailored paid media strategies.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with clear, actionable insights.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and consistent delivery.
- Develop scalable onboarding, reporting, and optimization processes.
- Identify opportunities to expand PPC services and upsell existing clients.
- Share insights and trends with clients via newsletters or updates.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, build, and manage high-performing campaigns in Google Ads (Search, LSA, Local, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Translate client objectives into actionable strategies focused on leads, bookings, and ROI.
- Execute advanced targeting, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns for local markets.
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS and cost-per-lead.
- Collaborate with our web and SEO teams to optimize landing pages for conversions.
Creative & Optimization
- Develop and test ad copy, headlines, visuals, and CTAs for both search and social platforms.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing across all campaign elements to refine performance.
- Manage keyword research, bidding, and Quality Score optimization in Google Ads.
- Keep creative and fresh with seasonal and service-specific updates.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build clean, client-ready reports showing ROI across all paid channels.
- Present monthly performance summaries highlighting wins, learnings, and next steps.
- Connect data insights to tangible business outcomes like job bookings and service area growth.
- Recommend actionable optimizations backed by performance data.
Process Development & Collaboration
- Create scalable frameworks and templates for PPC service delivery.
- Partner with SEO, web, and client success teams to align integrated campaigns.
- Develop documentation and best practices for paid media operations.
- Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred).
- Proven success in generating qualified leads for local service businesses (moving industry a plus).
- Strong copywriting and creative optimization skills.
- Expert-level understanding of conversion tracking, audience targeting, and bid management.
- Excellent communication — able to explain data clearly and confidently in client meetings.
- Data-driven mindset with proven ability to optimize CPL, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Experience building reports and presenting insights to clients and stakeholders.
Preferred
- Google Ads Certification
- Experience with moving or home service clients
- Familiarity with video ads, TikTok, or Bing Ads
- Understanding of CRM integrations and cross-platform attribution
- Awareness of seasonal ad strategies for local service markets
Compensation & Growth
Compensation is based on experience and includes strong growth and leadership opportunities as we expand our Paid Ads division.
You’ll participate in a multi-stage interview process, including: 1️ Campaign review discussion 2️ Test project — creating ad copy, creative variations, and a sample campaign plan across Meta and Google Ads
