Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative designs and technical drawings across various projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client specifications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse design initiatives, including civil, mechanical, and construction projects, utilizing advanced CAD software and drafting techniques.
Duties
- Create detailed 2D and 3D designs using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks, SketchUp, NavisWorks, and Civil 3D.
- Develop schematics, technical drawings, and construction documents that meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to translate concepts into precise technical plans.
- Perform drafting tasks for civil, mechanical, or architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize 2D animation skills for visual presentations and project simulations.
- Assist in reviewing design specifications and making necessary adjustments to improve functionality and efficiency.
- Support the team in maintaining organized design files and documentation throughout project lifecycle.
Experience
- Proven experience with CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, SolidWorks, SketchUp, NavisWorks.
- Strong background in civil or mechanical design and drafting.
- Familiarity with schematics creation and technical documentation for construction projects.
- Experience in 2D animation is a plus for creating engaging visual presentations.
- Knowledge of construction processes and industry standards is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while managing multiple projects efficiently. This position is integral to delivering high-quality design solutions that meet client expectations while fostering innovation within our team.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
